This quilt came together really quickly, from memory I had the whole thing finished within 24 hours. Plus it only used one charm pack and some background fabric.

The charm pack was Odds and Ends by Julie Comstock for Moda and the background fabric was once again a homespun from Spotlight.
I constructed this quilt without a pattern simply by laying out the charm pack in granny square shape and filling in with the background all cut to 5" squares and adding a border.

It's quilted in loops running through the granny square lines. I find that it had given it an amazing texture!
It's bound in a navy and white spot, by Leicen from memory. What I really loved about this fabric was the amazing sheen it had for a quilt fabric. I wish I had bought more at the time!
The backing fabric was purchased from Spotlight and I had forgotten how much I loved it until I pulled it out to photograph. I also noticed I had never labeled it. I've got to get onto that!

Again, it's a nice baby size and pretty good for being finished in a day. Do you have any favourite quick quilt patterns?
