My Favourite Fabrics from Spring Quilt Market

May 30, 2015

I love reading blogs at this time of year, they are full of the amazing wonder that is Spring International Quilt Market!  New fabric lines, new patterns, amazing displays and wonderful ideas!  So full of inspiration!

I thought I would share some of my favourite new fabric lines with you today.  I've borrowed the photos from the Fat Quarter Shop.  I recommend them without a doubt.  Amazing service, fast shipping, lots of sales and they have everything you could want!

First off lets start with Varsity by Sweetwater -

I've got to admit, I'm a massive Sweetwater fan, but when I first saw this line I was a bit take it or leave it.  It wasn't really my colours, I wasn't in love with the patterns.  But then I saw it in person.  It was everything I thought it wouldn't be.  The colours were prefect, just boy-y enough.  The detail was incredible.  SOLD!

Next up is Gooseberry by Lella Botique.

Head. Over. Heels.  Totally in love with the line.  Love all of it.  The colours, the patterns, the tone on tone, the girlyness.  Must have lots.  I can't wait to see what else this designer has in store!  I also think it had a bit of a Bonnie and Camille feel to it.  What do you think?

Speaking of Bonnie and Camille, Hello Darling! (Imagine that in a Dame Edna voice)

We're talking Bonnie and Camille here, what is there to not like?  I'm particularly in love with the orange peel in the multi colour!

Continuing the Moda theme, Simply Colo(u)rful 2 by V & Co...

These are my colours, combine that with Vanessa's flair and it was always going to be a winner in my eyes.

How can you pass up the magic that Heather Ross can create!  Tiger Lily is just another example of that magic!

I mean, its Heather Ross, how can you go wrong?

These are only the few lines I could remember the name of to track down!  I've seen so many fabric lines I'm in love with, if only my budget would allow!

What are your favourite up and coming fabric lines?
