I purchased this amazing bra making kit from Susan at Measure Twice, Cut Once. Let me tell you the camera does not do this justice. It is incredibly vibrant in person and will look amazing when I've finished it.
Susan also has other colours listed on her website from time to time (She had a grey one a while ago that was to die for!). I can't wait to get stuck in and get this one finished!
What a glorious colour for a bra, or for any type of sewing! You are very brave tackling such a complicated project, but I'm sure the finished result will be incredible.
ReplyDeleteI actually finished it yesterday and I'm in love! I'm working on the post now but you can see a sneak peek on my instagram. It was surprisingly easy and I can't wait to make another!
DeleteWow, adventurous! Such a gorgeous kit though, I can see why you were tempted!
ReplyDeleteIt looks even better in person! I like pushing the envelope sometimes, thankfully I can say I'm very happy with how it turns out :)
DeleteFor several years I made everything from lingerie to jeans for me and my girls. Somewhere along the line I got distracted. It is fun. And the little girl panties made from left overs of T-shirts felt free. Love the color you have chosen.
ReplyDeleteThanks Claire! I love making stuff that feels free! I'm not sure about making jeans, I have a very particular favourite pair I buy. Guess that means I should try :)
